| Clay Oval Racing Location: located in downtown Tampa - 732 1/2 North Dale Mabry Highway Tampa, FL 33609 MAP Classes: Nitro Sprint, Nitro SB EDM(truck based), Nitro BB EDM(car based), Nitro Late Model (4wd), Nitro Late Model (2wd), Nitro Stock Car, Elec Sprint (mod), 1/18 Late Model (RTR/stock) CLASS RULES: all classes but Street Stock and 1/18 follow FDOS rules Stock Car Rules 1/18 Late Model rules stock RTR trucks/buggys w/ late model bodies and slick rubber or foam tires. General Track Rules: Foam Tires ONLY(except in Stock Car class and 1/18 late model) All classes must have a miniumum of 4 entries to run. 1rst - 3rd trophies awarded in all classes. Track Specs Track has approximately a 210' drive line, steep banking and the smoothest track surface around. Racing takes place at SS Raceway every Friday nite Track opens 6:00pm registration closes at 7:00pm races start at 7:30pm Entry fee is $10.00 per class AMBrc lap counting system is used, personals are accepted and house transponders are available at no charge for those that do not have personals. Concessions are available on site. Race Format 2 rounds of qualifiers and b/a mains w/ bumpups. all races are 4 min long.
