Terry and Mary Loehe's 1969 Pontiac Firebird
This car was purchased in July of 2001 and was a 350/265 HP with a ten bolt 263 gear. After a two year frame off restoration, it was converted to a 400/425 HP with a nine inch Ford 350 positive traction rear end and a 400 turbo transmission. This is a factory A/C car and has been upgraded to 134R. This frame off restoration was done by Terry and Mary Loehe of Oldsmar, FL. The paint and body work was done by Scott Smith of Absolute Auto Body in Oldsmar. The paint is house of colors Pearl Orange. The stripes are white with Pearl Orange clear coat. The suspension was upgraded to the PST package and a 400 coil and leaf spring suspension. The brakes were upgraded from four wheel nine inch drums, to eleven inch drum in the rear and 11 inch disc with 4 piston calipers in the front.
